Q: What if I don't get a logo I like?
A: It rarely happens, but if we can't design a logo you're happy with, you can simply cancel your project. You will not be invoiced for the remaining balance beyond the start fee or deposit.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major credit cards and debit cards via PayPal. Payments are made safely and securely and we do not store or have access to your credit card details. If you wish to pay via cheque (uk only) please email us directly.

Q: Can I get more or fewer design concepts than what's included in your packages?
A: Yes. if you already have a clear idea of how you wish your logo to be designed, you may only require the concepts included in the basic logo design package but would prefer the benefits of other packages. We can certainly help you with this, you can either contact us before the start of the project and we will quote you for your customised logo package, or if we are already designing your logo, contact your designer who will organise this for you.

Q: If I buy a 2 concept logo design package, and later discover I want more concepts, can I upgrade to a bigger package?
A: Absolutely, simply contact your designer who will arrange this for you. We will simply credit the payment already made towards the start fee for the bigger package.

Q: I've already sketched out a logo I like. Can you clean it up and make it look good?
A: We would certainly love to help. The simplest way would be to put those ideas onto an email and send them to us with a short description of your needs, so that we can gain a better understanding of what you are looking for and provide a fixed price quote.

Q: What do you need from me to design my logo?
A: Once you have chosen the logo design package that best suits your needs, we will send you a design brief questionnaire to complete. Complete the brief with as much detail as possible. Once complete, email the form back to us along with any images, sketches or ideas that will help us gain a better understanding of what you are looking for.

Q: How long will this take?
A: Every logo design project is different, and can take anywhere between four days and four weeks. The length of the project is largely dependent on how quickly you can review and give feedback on your designs. Although we do understand that often if there is more than one decision maker involved in the project, it this can sometimes delay the process.

Q: How do I talk with my designer?
A: If you have access to the internet you are always able to contact your designer.

Q: What file formats do I get? Where can I use my logo?
A: We format your finalised logo for most popular business uses, including use on your website, in business programs like PowerPoint, and Word (depending on package). You can also use your logo in print and on signage. Click here for our file format information.

Q: Will I be able to make changes to my final logo?
A: Yes. You'll receive the master files for your finalized logo. Use these files along with popular graphic design programs like Adobe Illustrator and Macromedia Fireworks to make changes to your logo, if needed.

Q: Can you redesign my existing logo?
A: Yes. While already having a logo gives you a head start, redesigning an existing logo is similar to getting a new logo designed from scratch. Simply choose one of our logo design packages, and indicate in your questionnaire that you already have a logo to start with.

Q: Will my logo be unique?
A: Yes. We don't start with partially-designed templates. We don't pull a pre-made logo out of a library and slap your name on it. Every logo is designed from the ground up by our graphic designers. We review your needs. We learn what's special about your business. And we incorporate your unique values into your logo.

Q: Will I own my logo?
A: Yes. You own the rights to your final logo. However, the rights to any discarded logo concepts that are not developed into a final logo remain with Design2Go.

Q: Will my logo ever be duplicated or sold again?
A: No, we create custom logo designs, tailor-made to individual client requirements. The copyright of the final logo design will be yours. We will not re-sell or re-use your logo, or any concepts based on ideas specific to your company that were not further developed.
